Mervin & District Golf Club welcomes you!
Mervin & District Golf Club, located in the Village of Mervin, Saskatchewan, opened in 1965 at the time when it was a 9-hole sand green golf course operated by a dedicated group of volunteers. Centrally located between the communities of Turtleford and Edam, SK and a short drive from the lake resorts of Turtle Lake & Brightsand Lake, it developed into a beautiful 9-hole grass green course in 1989 with a new clubhouse built in 2000. At this time, a greenskeeper and clubhouse manager were hired as well.
During the peak season, that coincides with lake weather, the population in the region exceeds 10,000 people that potentially golf or come for a meal at the clubhouse.
The course is, to this day, still operated by a group of volunteers and hired greens-keeper that work diligently to keep Mervin Golf Course one of the nicest courses in the province.
